SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) – Every Monday, this class focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility to help seniors stay fit and independent.

Tai Chi – Available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, Tai Chi promotes relaxation, balance, and overall wellness.

Chair Yoga – Held Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, this gentle form of yoga is perfect for participants looking for a low-impact stretching routine.
