The rhythm returns to the Washington coast with the much-anticipated Jazz & Oysters 2025, taking place Saturday, August 9, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the scenic Port of Peninsula.
The event kicks off at 11:30 AM when doors open to a lively and family-friendly festival atmosphere. The music begins with the talented Ilwaco High School Jazz Band at noon, followed by the high-energy electro-swing band Good Co at 1:30 PM, and finally, the genre-blending powerhouse Cherry Poppin’ Daddies at 4:00 PM, known for their mix of swing, ska, and rock that’s sure to get the crowd on their feet.
Held at a working harbor where fresh Willapa Bay oysters arrive daily, the festival promises delectable local seafood—both grilled and raw—alongside other regional favorites. Attendees can sip on local craft beer, fine wines, and non-alcoholic beverages while soaking in breathtaking views of the bay and the Willapa Hills.
