Ocean Park will once again honor its heroes with a Veterans Appreciation Lunch on Tuesday, November 11, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Peninsula Moose Lodge, located at 25915 U Street, Ocean Park, WA 98640. This veterans-only event is a heartfelt thank-you to those who have served our nation, offering a free lunch in recognition of their dedication and sacrifice.

Hosted by the Peninsula Moose Lodge with support from the Peninsula Senior Activity Center and local volunteers, this tradition has been serving area veterans since 2015. Attendees can either dine in or order a take-out meal by calling 503-791-6188 to RSVP.

All veterans are welcome and encouraged to attend — and community members are invited to help spread the word to any veterans they know. The event not only provides a delicious lunch but also fosters camaraderie and connection among those who have worn the uniform.

It’s a small token of appreciation from the Ocean Park community to say “thank you” to the men and women who have served and continue to serve with honor.
