The Community Food Bank Challenge returns for its 7th year, offering residents across South Pacific County a powerful opportunity to support their neighbors during the holiday season. Running from November 19th to December 19th, this annual event matches every cash donation—meaning every dollar you give becomes even more valuable to the local food bank of your choice.

While canned and boxed foods are always appreciated throughout the year, this challenge focuses on cash donations only, ensuring food banks can cover essential operating costs such as rent, utilities, and daily expenses that keep their doors open year-round. Each food bank carefully tracks incoming donations during the challenge period to ensure all matching funds are applied.
