Fishermen’s Cookie Drop Returns December 14 with Sweet Support for Coastal Crews

The annual Fishermen’s Cookie Drop, affectionately known as FishHer’s Cookie Drop, is returning on December 14, 2025, bringing together coastal communities to share homemade holiday treats with the hardworking fishermen who keep our ports running year-round. Volunteers are invited to bake and deliver cookies to one of three coastal locations in Washington and Oregon, helping spread gratitude and cheer during the holiday season.

Participants are asked to bring three dozen of their favorite homemade cookies, which will be packaged and delivered directly to local fishermen as a heartfelt thank-you for their dedication and sacrifice.

Beyond cookies, the event is also about connection and community. Organizers encourage participants to linger, reconnect with friends, and personally thank the fishermen who support coastal economies through rain, cold, and dangerous seas.

With decorated cookies, smiling volunteers, and even a festive crab mascot cheering from the sidelines, the Fishermen’s Cookie Drop has become one of the most heartwarming traditions of the season. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or a first-time volunteer, this is a simple and meaningful way to give back to those who give so much.
