Electronic Polling in Surfside

Please take a moment to register for independent surfside polling on key issues. This is not supported by the HOA. The board has made clear they do not support polling of members. It is not part of the HOA election being held for the annual meeting. The 33% participation rate is an indication that proxy ballots are not working and needs changing. Additionally, we are actively working towards implementing hybrid voting, which will allow the use of both electronic voting and paper ballots, aiming to make the voting process more accessible, particularly for remote members.
