42nd Annual Rod Run Returns to Ocean Park This September

Classic car enthusiasts from across the Pacific Northwest will once again head to Washington’s scenic Long Beach Peninsula as the 42nd Annual Rod Run to the End of the World rolls into Ocean Park on September 11–13, 2026, bringing hundreds of vintage automobiles, family-friendly activities, and a weekend of automotive history.

Hosted by the Beach Barons Car Club, the Rod Run has become one of the peninsula’s signature annual events, attracting owners of beautifully restored classics, hot rods, muscle cars, custom builds, and antique vehicles from throughout Washington, Oregon, and beyond.

The event is open to all vehicles that are at least 30 years old, giving visitors the opportunity to admire everything from 1930s street rods to 1990s classics.

Weekend Schedule

Friday, September 11

  • Gates and booths open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Vehicle pre-registration and registration

Saturday, September 12

  • Awards Ceremony

More Than Just a Car Show

Throughout the weekend visitors can enjoy:

  • Automotive swap meet
  • Vendor booths
  • Live music by Madd Dawg
  • 50/50 raffle
  • Tool box raffle
  • Engine raffle
  • Participant seafood barbecue

The event is designed for the entire family, with children under 12 admitted free and active military receiving free admission. General admission is $5.

Supporting the Local Community

The Rod Run is also a community event. Organizers encourage attendees to help support the local food bank by bringing canned food donations while enjoying one of the Northwest’s premier classic car gatherings.

  • No pets are allowed.
  • No open carry is permitted during the event.
  • Official event merchandise is sold only by the Beach Barons Car Club.
