78th Annual Long Beach Rodeo Returns with Family Fun, Tradition, and Western Excitement

The Peninsula Saddle Club is inviting families, rodeo fans, and visitors from across the Pacific Northwest to celebrate one of the Long Beach Peninsula’s longest-running traditions as the 78th Annual Long Beach Rodeo rides into town for a weekend packed with entertainment, competition, and community spirit.

Held at the Peninsula Saddle Club, 6407 Sandridge Road in Long Beach, the event promises two days of western action while raising support for the club’s ongoing community programs.

Saturday Highlights

Saturday begins with a hearty Cowboy Breakfast served from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., giving visitors a chance to fuel up before the day’s events.

The grounds open at 11:30 a.m., with the rodeo beginning at 1:00 p.m. Spectators can expect an afternoon featuring skilled riders, exciting rodeo competitions, and plenty of family-friendly entertainment.

When the rodeo wraps up, the fun continues with live music, allowing visitors to enjoy an evening of western hospitality.
