Music Takes Center Stage at the 44th NW Garlic Festival

The 44th NW Garlic Festival returns to Sheldon Park in Ocean Park, Washington, with a full day of live music on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

Hosted by the Ocean Park Area Chamber of Commerce, the longtime community celebration combines garlic-inspired food, local vendors, family fun and a musical lineup featuring performers from the Long Beach Peninsula.

The entertainment begins at 10 a.m. with Vintage Vibes, featuring local musicians Bruce Mihalek and Jason Sheaux. The duo will perform until noon, setting a relaxed and upbeat tone for the festival.

From 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., Rex Sole & Mini Sledge will take the stage. The group brings together members of the Walters family, including a second generation of young musicians born and raised on the Peninsula.

Local singer-songwriter Steve Frost will close the afternoon’s musical program with a performance from 3 to 5 p.m.
