Among the artists taking the stage, Ty Curtis stands out as one of the festival’s must-see performers. A dynamic guitarist, gifted songwriter, and captivating vocalist, Curtis has earned a reputation as one of the Northwest’s premier blues musicians. His performances blend traditional blues with rock, soul, and funk influences, creating an energetic show that connects with audiences of all ages.

I just saw Ty Curtis’s perform this week in Salem, I highly recommend making time to see his performance. He is not only an exceptional guitarist with remarkable technical skill, but also a genuine entertainer whose passion for the blues shines through every song. If you’ve never experienced him live, this festival is an excellent opportunity.

The festival also features an outstanding lineup including Taylor Newville, Joel Astley, Cee Cee James Duo, JT & Beau Bros, Nikki Jones Band, Beacon Street Titans, Kenny James Miller Band, Norman Sylvester Band, Bobby Paterson Band, and additional artists throughout the weekend.

With live blues, food vendors, camping, and a welcoming coastal atmosphere, the Peninsula Blues Festival promises to be one of the premier music events on Washington’s Long Beach Peninsula this summer.

Whether you’re a lifelong blues enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable weekend of live music, the 2026 Peninsula Blues Festival offers an outstanding opportunity to experience some of the Pacific Northwest’s finest blues talent. And if there’s one performance you shouldn’t miss, it’s Ty Curtis—one of the region’s truly exceptional blues artists whose live shows are always a festival highlight.
